I have good news… i will be with sandra for her shows in Winston-Salem and at Eddie’s next week. i have even better news… the Eddie’s attic show (9/10) is going to have a live internet broadcast. That is all i know now. i thing you can hear the broadcast by going to eddiesattic.com. they have info there.

The Truth About Derek and Beer
Friday, September 17th, 2004I am a little disappointed. Derek Webb has given into bad marketing. I know you are all disappointed about this too. But the truth needs to be told.
Derek thinks that Sam Adams is always a good beer. You have all seen the commercials. The ones with the crazy pilgrim guy drinking beer at the end of them. The slogan for Sam Adams beer is “always a good decision”. Now don’t get me wrong. I will drink a Sam Adams. But, that is if there are no other “good” beers available. What ever happened to the good old days of Derek drinking Guinness, Red Stripe, Newcastle, or even a Corona? I just don’t understand. From the guy who convinced me to drink Guinness and orange juice, now is trying to sell me on Sam Adams. I guess it is better than PBR, or Milwaukee’s best. I just want you all to be aware of what is going on.
